Grooms and aerates freestalls at a consistant 3 to 6 inch depth, no need to extract bedding. Consistancy is key to happy cows.
After a single pass, our new Fritsch Power Bedding Groomer broke up the hard, compressed chunks of the paper sludge and lime bedding shown in the picture. Unlike other groomers and rakes, our Power Bedding Groomer will not skid over the top of compacted bedding. After continuous use, your bedding will be returned to a smoother consistency. Safety, for animals and operators, was our primary concern during the design process. Tractor model coming soon!
We are using the same idea as our Forage Facer with direct drive hydraulic wheel motors and hardened teeth. Carbide teeth are optional. Groom even the toughest beds with our new Fritsch Power Bedding Groomer!
This is a must for all manure solids to get a dry, deep, sawdust like bed.
