Highline Bale Processor

• Agressive, hydraulically driven feed rollers spin and loosen the bale (in either direction) for uniform feeding into the flail shredder.
• The feed rollers are adjustable to fit the size of the bale.
• The flail shredder has 26 1/2" x 5 1/2"tempered spring steel flails and is balanced for smooth, long lasting operation and bearing life.
• Feed grate is adjustable with a one hand lever operation to control the rate of feed and length of cur. Bars are individually removable to match the desired processing conditions.
• The PTO shaft has a constant velocity joint to ensure smooth operation, even when making sharp turns in the feedlot.
• The high sides and large capacity tup minimize spillage.
• The bale fork loads round bales into the processor, eliminating the need for a second tractor.
